UX Researcher

I’m Jill, UX Researcher in San Francisco, currently working at General Motors on our fleet software products for traditional and electric vehicles.

I previously worked at Airtable, a low code apps platform. Prior to that I built and managed the UX Research team at Alto Pharmacy in San Francisco and Bird scooters in Santa Monica. I help shape products through insights, and user experience strategy by partnering with product, design, and data teams.

Before working in UX Research I owned a women’s fashion label based on personalized shopping experiences and long-term customer relationships. We sold clothing and accessories that were sustainably designed and manufactured. The line has been mentioned in the Los Angeles Times, Women’s Wear Daily, Refinery29, and Los Angeles Magazine.
