Shipping is free within the United States. Just add items to your cart, and select free shipping at checkout. Items ship First Class via USPS and normally arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask!
Shipping to Mexico and Canada has a $10 flat rate charge, please select this option at checkout. Shipping to all countries outside the US, Mexico, and Canada, has a $15 flat rate shipping charge that can be selected at checkout.
Expedited two day shipping within the US is available for a charge of $15, please select this option at checkout.
Your item ships from Los Angeles within 3 days of the time of your purchase. We make every effort to ship at the earliest date - if you have questions about expedited shipping on a particular item, don't hesitate to ask! In certain cases, items that are not in stock can be purchased -- we will email letting you know your purchase is on backorder, and what the expected wait time is before shipment.
Gift Certificates are final sales, with no returns.
Returns: Return shipment on items within the US are free**. If you wish to return your items, please send an email to Hi@jillaikoyee.com within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll respond with an email containing a printable UPS return ship label. Print the label, use original packaging, and drop at a UPS ship station. (Closest ship stations are noted on UPS ship label when printed out). Refunds may only be issued to he credit card or paypal with which the original purchase was made. Return items must be unworn and received in the original condition in which it was received, with tags attached to obtain a refund. Store credit refunds are free. **There are no returns on sale items. Garments that have been altered for you cannot be returned.
If you wish to Return an item from outside the US, please email within 7 days of receiving, so we can expect your shipment. Your refund will process when item arrives.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your items, please send an email to Hi@jillaikoyee.com within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you'll be shipping your item back. Exchange items must be unworn and received in the original condition in which it was received, with tags attached to obtain an exchange. Your new item will ship free of charge, once the original item is received back by us. Any balance difference will result in Store Credit. There are no exchanges on sale items. Garments that have been altered for you cannot be exchanged.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned or exchanged to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
