This chic vest is constructed from cotton velvet with slight stretch.  It has a rich soft feel with some structure.  It features front on seam pockets, and hook and eye closure, and darts for shape.  No closures, for easy wear. It layers beautifully over a dress or sleeved top.  Try it with gold cuffs, and ankle boots, roll the sleeves for styling.
